Oak Hollow

Oak Hollow is centrally located on the north side of San Antonio at the intersection of Jones Maltsberger and Thousand Oaks, near two major arteries – Highway 281 and Highway 1604.  The neighborhood was developed in the early 1980′s by Sitterle Homes and consists of nearly 300 homes. 
Conveniently, Oak Hollow is just a short 10-minute drive to the airport. Major grocery and drug stores, restaurants and other retailers are within walking distance of the neighborhood, as well as Fire Station 14 and a Post Office substation.  Additionally, the neighborhood is within walking distance to the 984 acred, McAllister Park, which boasts of 4 pavilions, a dog park, 197 picnic units, a fitness station, 24 baseball fields (home to state champs and little league world series contenders, McAllister Park Little League), 22 soccer/rugby fields, 6 multi-purpose fields, and 15 miles of trails (both hard and soft).  
Students who live in Oak Hollow Park are zoned to attend schools in the North East Independent School District (NEISD), the second largest district in the city. OHP homes feed into Thousand Oaks Elementary, Omar Bradley Middle School and Douglas MacArthur High School.
